I wrote this piece because so many business owners tell me the same thing:
“We want to give well… we just don’t have a plan.”
A philanthropy strategy does not have to be complicated. But it does need to be intentional. When businesses align their giving with their values, their people, and their long‑term vision, the impact multiplies—internally and across the region.
